Epson states 99.9 percent MICR accuracy, and in practice the workflow is one motion: the cheque goes in, the MICR line is read, the endorsement is printed on the reverse and the document is returned. Note that Epson's specification sheet for this model makes no claim of cheque or document image scanning and publishes no scan resolution, so image capture should not be assumed as part of the feature set.

Connectivity
