2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Estimated Delivery: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
  • Potential Delays: While we aim to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, high volume, or carrier delays may impact the final delivery date.

3. Shipping Partners

We partner with industry-leading carriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely. POS Nerds abides by the terms, conditions, and policies of our shipping partners (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier’s specific policies regarding delivery attempts, signature requirements, and claims apply.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as these may be required by the shipping partner for inspection.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. For inquiries regarding international shipping availability and rates, please contact our support team directly.
